   Pros

   The GF&BM (Global Finance & Business Management) rotational program offers 3 different positions (i during internship, then offset and second rotations) across finance and bookkeeping roles -- which is helpful in gaining a range of feel in the fiscal services manufacture I appreciated the formal feedback process that took place 2x each rotation, mid-way through and at the end of the role

   Cons

   While we were asked to submit our preferences for positions and sectors within the bank that we would similar to work, the preferences are simply taken into consideration to a certain extent. As expected, the concern needs are the highest priority. Direction is hitting or miss. I had one director who I actually respected and enjoyed working for, and some other who drove me out of the visitor because I institute them intolerable. Near employees are pretty pleasant to work with though, in my experience. As of 2021, the compensation of this program is besides not as competitive as I would expect.
